Nice Little Apartment
August 11, 2022I’ve lived here for 2 months and have loved it. Any maintenance requests has been solved within 2 days. Keith is a great landlord and responds to problems quickly. Neighbors are kind and location is great. Nice little walking trail to campus through Holly Park. I love the Celeron for student living.Review from Apartments.com
Awful
December 26, 2018This place is absolutely terrible, they have broken many agreemants in my lease. Can he the people next to you when they talk at a normal volume. I have had such a bad experience here I beg you not to come.Property Manager Responded

March 11, 2014It seemed okay. Didnt care for the studios due to the fact that the kitchen floor covered half the room and the other half plain carpet. Not plush but like you could rip it off the floor easily kindve carpet. I did like the 1 BR and they all seem pretty spacious. As far as living here I decided against it. Typical rent 480 ish (studio) plus all utilities basically except for sewage/trash etc. So youll most likely end up paying over $100 (including wifi!! smh) in addition when you could find a ...eveything inculded apartment/studio and pay the same amount or a little less.
