Best bang for your buck
April 5, 2021As one who works in the real estate industry, I believe that this is the best value in Anchorage. I have lived here for a year and don't have any significant complaints. The balcony, garage, and security are excellent amenities. The property manager is as responsive and attentive as can be. Apartment maintenance items are addressed within a day or two which is very impressive. The common areas are also maintained very well. Finding a new place to live can be a difficult choice, but if you are on ...the fence about your decision, I recommend trusting your gut and pulling the trigger to move in here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great place to live!
November 18, 2017I've been living here for 4 years. It's just been getting better and better. There is a new manager. He is awesome! My 1 bedroom apartment is a good size and has amenities other places don't. The other residents are friendly and considerate. July 21, 2015Its not really clean. Old carpet,messy lobby... also your manager is not helpful for your all residence. Office always closed. Its to hard to find your manager... i am so dissapointed to your manager.Property Manager Responded
