July 30, 2024Overall they do a good job of keeping the grounds clean. There was one incident where my washing machine was broken for over a week but they were waiting on parts. Overall decent community I enjoy living here.Property Manager Responded

June 14, 2024We really have enjoyed living here at Century Dunes as its been such a refreshing and quiet atmosphere which was one of the reasons we chose to move here. Even living off of the main road we barely hear any traffic or noise! This has been one of the best decisions we have made when it comes to our home and we truly do feel at home here!Review from Apartments.com

I loved it
May 22, 2024I lived here for 3 years, the apartments and appliances are all nice and new and maintenance was always quick to respond within 24 hours. The grounds are kept up pretty well and the pool is amazing on sunny Florida days. The amenities by the pool such as chairs and grills do need some work but it wasn’t the end of the world. I would definitely recommend this complex to someone looking for a nice place to live in the area.Property Manager Responded
