    Residents allowed to do whatever! Garbage is thrown in random place and management does nothing!! Nobody takes charge of this building and it shows!

    the garage area is definitely the biggest issue. garbage everywhere, there is supposed to be assigned parking but it is poorly enforced so it’s basically a zoo down there. side walks and parking lot is either unplowed for terribly plowed. no smoking? yeah right. the only time I’ve seen an employee is when I signed my lease 7 months ago…
