My car got stolen here (:
March 9, 2025Just moved here. Car stolen at 2 am, hot wired. this process took 40 min for them but they were able to just take their time due to no security no cameras broken gates (yes they left to go get some tools or a driver that barley knew how to drive stick) and there it went, right out of the parking lot and through those "security gates" Easy peasyyyyy. Management didn't care, not even a sorry. The same day. I received a text message, reminding the complex to pick up dogs droppings, and no where in ...there was a mention that a car was stolen that morning. And they definitely didn't let me break my lease no penalty or discounts. And DEFINITELY told me she thinks the camera footage erases after 24 hours and I'm not giving them to you. A detective will have to request them, well that detective hasn't even contacted me yet. It's a long story and I could list so much more. According to my Neighbors statements, apparently this is quite normal here. So here's the review I was looking for before moving here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 30, 2024To be honest, the experience it is not so great. Neighbors smoke marijuana here and there (cann't see them, but smell it). Then, there are some neighbors that do not know how to park or drive inside the property, even use foul language becuase you cannot merge into Skillman street due to the traffic and they seem to be in a hurry. November 1, 2024It was a bit of an adjustment moving in at first. Had loud neighbors, parking is limited and tight parking spots so you often get dings on your car. Had my brand new King Mattress get stolen when it got delivered, but the staff and property itself, is nice. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Staff are nice and helpful.Property Manager Responded

October 29, 2024We love our apartment. The management team is great! The staff are very nice! The only issues is that some of our packages get stolen, someone puts gum on our door peep hole. We had to invest in a Ring video doorbell. We had a clue in who was taking our packages but nothing can be done about it. Another issue is that the old tenant still gets mail here and she comes around asking for her mail all the time and getting packages delivered to our address. We moved here in June and she was here ...last week asking me to check the mail because she was waiting for something. Besides that rent here fluctuates drastically it seems to get higher and higher every month.Property Manager Responded
