March 26, 2025Love the apartment, especially the kitchen and closets, and location. Only problem is the parking policy, which is one car per unit regardless of size. Usually maintenance is great.Property Manager Responded

September 29, 2024Building is amazing. Maintenance team is AMAZING! Only thing is.. remodeling has been going on since we’ve moved in, we haven’t been able to practically use any amenities without any type of compensation offered. Also, beware if you have an upstairs neighbor, you can hear their conversations/steps/babies crying EVERYTHING at any time. Totally a negative about our home unfortunately.. people do not respect quite hours. Front neighbor also tends to leave tremendous amounts of trash in the corner of ...the stairwell and makes the whole hallway smell(we haven’t picture proof..).Property Manager Responded
