February 21, 2025Review I've been living at Chapel Hill for 2 years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful. The maintenance team is always responsive and quick to resolve any issues, which gives me peace of mind. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed with plenty of natural light. The amenities are top-notch. The location is unbeatable – it's close to nearby conveniences, like grocery stores, ...parks, and the airport. It's the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and community. Jay is the absolute BEST!!!
January 30, 2025First I want to say Jay was the absolute best tour guide ever! He showed us all the ends and outs of the complex. He showed us two different units and we fell in love with them both. Big disappointment
January 18, 2023Most of Gym machines don't work. People from the office enters to your apartment without letting you know first. They take for ever to resolve any issues you might have at your unit. Incompetent management. this place says is a luxury apartment complex but is not even close to be one.Property Manager Responded

December 3, 2021Actually been living on the property for 4 years.. I moved away and moved back after 5 months. I really enjoy the area and the location. I have to give a special shout out to *ANGIE*in the office she has always been very helpful. She’s never missed a beat! Great person all around the board.
