We are also centrally located to all things Buffalo! Enjoy an easy commute to UB and downtown Buffalo within minutes and immediate access to major bus routes. Our apartment complex offers one-bedroom and studio apartments. Many of our units feature modern kitchens and baths while maintaining the original charm from the 1920's. Some of our units have not yet been fully renovated but feature beautiful built-in cabinetry and some modern upgrades.
