  • My first apartment home!!

    This apartment community is excellent! As a first time renter, I was nervous and did a ton of research on different apartment communities and this one sold me for 2 reason: garage parking and thick concrete walls (no noise from neighbors). I thought the prices were fairly affordable for what it offered. I’m my year here at Chatham I have had literally zero issues. The office staff is friendly and remains friendly throughout the lease, they quickly respond to Urgent matters, the maintenance team ...
    responds quickly and does great work. The manager, Kim, really tries to work with you and is so helpful! I would renew my lease 100% if I weren’t relocating to Texas. So for anyone feeling skeptical about this community, take it from me, living in this community is exactly what they present it to be. Grocery stores and convenience stores are extremely close by and it’s right next to the highway. Plenty of food options nearby and less than 5 min from downtown Farmington with a bunch of cutesy shops including a farmers market and most importantly Starbucks!! :)

  • A great place to stay and safe too

    July 25, 2016
    I stayed here for 2 years and only reason I had to move because of increased rent for a single person. Other wise I don't have a complaint. Took care of any maintenance very quickly. Staff is very friendly, specially Tina, she was handling my file. All in all, a very nice place to stay and in my opinion, a very big plus point for these apartments is closed garages.. if possible for me, I would definitely try in future to move here.

    I have moved this apartment last November and I don't a single complaint about this. The response time with property manager is very fast. Each time you say there is an issue by EOD they would fix it. The timings is also convenient as it will be opened till 6.00 PM and also in weekdays. The best is it is near to many things like Gas Stations, restaurants and SMART bus stops. The best part it has a closed Garage. It has a been a very peaceful year and hope it contiunes.   • Chatham Hills - Excellent place to live

    I have lived here for almost 3 years. I love the complex, the location to M5 and other highways and the closeness to downtown Farmington. The staff is very friendly. I have had an ongoing issue of water dripping but they have never been rude when I have called in to let them know it is dripping again. They have fixed it and had the entire bathroom ceiling replaced and painted. I have only had two issues with my apartment, the water dripping (fixed) and my a/c went while i was out of town and ...
    my petsitter had to call in. They replaced the unit right away. The grounds are fairly clean - I say this because there are little kids and they sometimes drop things and don't realize it and some people are litterers but they do pick up they litter fairly quickly. I love having a garage and I love the huge storage cage downstairs as well as all the closet space in the hallway. The bedrooms are fairly large (I have a king size bed in one room and a queen size in the other room and have room to walk around and for other furniture). The kitchen is a little small but that is how apartments are. Everything is updated. Neighbors are friendly, the kids are nice and know how to act around dogs (important if you have a new puppy you are trying to socialize). I really do not have any complaints about the complex.

    I love Chatham hills apartment for its affordability, great access to nearby restaurants, gas stations and shopping malls. It also has covered garage in the basement. Maintenance service is great and had never had problems in getting something fixed in the apartment. Staff is very friendly and courteous. I will definitely recommend this apartment to others.

    I've been living at Chatham Hills for less than a year, but I can tell you that these are some of the best apartments in the area. I love the fact that they have wood floors in the kitchen area and nice non-slip cement floors in the bathroom, also my 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious to me. The office staff is nice and friendly and I don't have any complaints about my neighbors. It is a very diverse area with little to no disruptions and a great area to walk, jog and ride your bike. The only thing I don't like about Chatham Hills is that the appliances are a bit outdated and sometimes the smaller trash cans gets overfilled before the maintenance men changes it.
