  • Homeless abound

    Homeless roam free. Gated community with broken gates. Laundry mats ? Virtually unusable. Apartments with old plumbing.

  • High crime area

    Rating is minus One!!!!!! Since living in these apts last week of April 2022 until now, the security gates have remained broken even though the office is quite aware of the situation. People who do not live here are allowed to enter the complex and steal, buy drugs, sleep in carports. Some that live in the apts are just as criminal. My husband and I are both disabled senior citizens. We do not feel safe in this complex. On 09/14/2022, our truck along with 3 other vehicles were vandalized. It ...
    didn't matter if they were within the gates or not. Our truck had to be towed due to the damage and awaiting repairs. Last night, someone came onto our porch and stole a bicycle. It was a costly loss. We are afraid to enjoy our complex, go for walks and be outside. That is an awful way to live when one has no peace. My home is supposed to be a sanctuary... There is no alarm system, no working security gates and a lack of protection for the residents

  • Worse management

    The place is a dump, trash everywhere, yards are never taking care of , gates never work, maintenance is a joke because they have one guy for 3 properties so it takes forever to get anything done. Management pretends to care but don’t actually. The website says upgraded apartments which is a lie also. I not seen any updates except the gate in the last two years. Oh and the pool is empty

  • Greedy and Disrespectful Managment

    I pay my rent and stick to myself. Im on housing and one day they leave a notice on my door evicting me because the owner wants more money. Now I lived here for 2 years without any issues but because of corporate greed, Ill be homeless in 1 week in the middle of this pandemic. They are heartless greedy monsters.

    The parking garages are filthy. They do not want to answer maintenance requests in a timely or appropriate manner. They are rude and unprofessional!!

  • Don’t let the 4 stars fool you.

    This place is awful. The units are poorly maintained. Their “security” is awful. The residents are inconsiderate and rude and don’t pick up after their pets which makes the area smell of urine and poop. The kids are unruly and unsupervised by their parents. The pool is disgusting! It’s not properly cleaned the chemical balance is way off. Our car was broken into on the property and nothing was done about it. The close quarters are very uncomfortable with no privacy. Someone could easily break ...
    into your unit because the door and window locks are a joke. I do not recommend this place to anyone! Not even for the convenience of the grocery store being right across the street. Avoid this place like the plague!!!

      I apologize that you did not have an enjoyable living experience while living at Chelsea Village. Although crime can happen anywhere we do take car break in's or theft seriously. Our company works closely with Albuquerque Crime Free Housing and with our Courtesy Patrol company to ensure that any and all issues are address immediately should they happen on-site. Our office has been issuing pet violations to continue to have Chelsea Village grounds maintained. The pool has been open all summer long and although there can be days, due to rain, that have imbalanced our chemicals we have been quick to remedy. We have also issued out any warnings to any minor on property or in our amenity sections a warning notice. Our office is always open to communicating on ways we can best improve. We would love the opportunity to speak with you in person or over the phone. We are open Monday-Friday from 9:00am-5:30pm and Saturday's from 10:00am-4:00pm
