August 14, 2015Chelten Arms apartments are really nice apartments. Beautiful hardwood floors, spacious living room and dinning room.. Not to mention up to date kitchen appliances. Plenty of natural sunlight, through each room. Maintenance available, when you request. Apartment manager reply's are always timely. Nice area.Review from Apartments.com
