    I absolutely love living here. Cristy, the property manager, has treated me so wonderfully. I have never lived in such a well run apartment before. If you put in a maintenance order, they will come fix whatever it is so quickly. Someone is always in the office to help you, picking up packages is easy, and they know your name. To top it all off, my apartment is gorgeous. It is not cheaply made like most college apartments. I love leaving for my 8am class at 7:45am because the walk to campus is ...
    so short. Also, if you're worried about hearing NG noise on weekends, you won't! It's so quiet back here. If you're looking for a beautiful one or two bedroom apartment with a great staff and awesome location, this is it!

  • EXTORTION

    October 15, 2016
    These crooks are trying to extort us out of money for August’s rent and phony cleaning charges. They kicked us out after we spoke up against a huge rent increase. Just two months after that, they LOWERED the rent after already coercing tenants into renewing their lease at a higher rent—unfair and unethical business practices. Our contract and termination letter states that the end of the lease was JULY 31. We have timed-stamped and dated pictures that prove that we cleaned the apartment on the ...
    day we moved out. We also have timed-stamped and dated pictures of how FILTHY the apartment on the day we moved in. Not only that, but we have pictures of how dirty the apartment common areas were during the lease. The air conditioning in the hallways didn’t work for 10 months of the 12 month lease, as a result, the halls smell like something died. In both cases, these crooks were in violation of their lease. The crooked manager engaged in deceptive trade practices when she spoke to us in person. The kid manager already wrote the termination letter the day before we met her. The termination letter also made libelous claims against us. When we spoke, she stated that she would “work with us” to continue the lease and fix the problems in the rat-hole unit. That is DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES. BEST OF ALL: The crooked manager actually REFUSED to give us the management headquarters address/phone number. That is yet another violation of the law, as the law states it is the tenant’s right to know such information. Deceptive trade practices, libel, withholding information, and extortion. FOUR SEPARATE CRIMES. Don’t even think about renting with these crooks.

  • Best Complex On Northgate!

    I am a current resident at Cherry Street Apartments and all I can say is I LOVE it! They have a new building and an old building they bought from the previous management. I live in the older building, and they upgrades they have done are amazing! I have granite counters, full washer and dryer, hardwood floors, etc. the best of the best. Also, the staff here is awesome! They are super friendly and are willing to do anything to help you at the drop of a hat. And the maintenance team is better than ...
    anywhere else I've ever lived (6 different places to be exact) he will fix anything right a way and does a great job at that! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to live in the College Station area!!!

  • Don't Live Here!

    There are no granite countertops, backsplash, TV, carpet in the bedroom, kitchen island, or over-sided sink at any of the 665 sq ft apartments. They are falling apart. They raised the rent on returning tenants so they could add furniture. However, every single returning tenant already has their own furniture. The floors aren't even leveled; they are even have holes in them! They didn't repaint the place, and there are cracks and holes all over the walls. The elevator has been trashed and they ...
    don't care to fix it. The "manager" Cristy kicked us out after we specifically we wanted to continue month-to-month, just like the contract says. She said she would "work with us", but she deceived us and threw us out! There is a reason the management company has an "F" with the Better Business Bureau. Just stay away!!
