Look nice, but...
July 26, 2015The location is good and bad. If you're a student, it's great. It's in the middle of everything. If you're not a student, it's bad. Unless you like the "everyone is partying" atmosphere. The kitchens, while nicely updated. Are unrealistically small, with no pantry or storage space. Not to mention the constant bass playing from the cars driving down Southern. While I wouldn't choose to live here again, there are worse places.Review from Apartments.com

July 24, 2015I love our awesome landlord. I love the homey, suburban quality of the neighborhood. I don't love our drunken college kids neighbors who have parties every weekend. Or the cars that drive down the street all night with blaring bass. Or the druggies that hang around the corner.Review from Apartments.com
