Theft problem
October 25, 2024Packages get stolen all the time here, and nothing is done about it. As if that's not bad enough, my motorcycle got stolen IN BROAD DAYLIGHT right in front of the leasing office. Complex really needs entry control on the driveways, as many doors don't shut all the way or people just let random strangers in the building.Review from Apartments.com

April 3, 2023Great price for the size, features, and location. The apartments are very homey and sound insulation is really good, which is something I was concerned about personally. I'm very happy here. There are a few things that I wish were a little different, such as laundry, package receiving, and maybe a little more counter space in the kitchen, but overall I think it's a good and affordable place to live.Review from Apartments.com

Unprofessional
June 26, 2022Passed background check and credit check then was approved to be able to move in, then all of a sudden got a rejection letter after my boyfriend came in to verify his identity with ID and social ( which also passed ). They won’t explain why we were rejected. After calling and asking questions they didn’t even have an answer as to why we were rejected and she kept giving me the run around then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked how they were going to reject us after being approved for ...everything and setting up a move in date on top of paying a bunch of money for security deposits, application deposits, paying to have background checks done and paying to hold the unit.
