December 14, 2024So far so good. Property manager is nice and helpful. Maintenance staff is nice. Neighbors are friendly and stay to themselves. The only issue is the trash area is always a mess and disgusting. That would be my only complaint.Property Manager Responded

December 1, 2024A peaceful place to live, clean, organized. We have no problems with noise or any other type of nuisance. It is a very well maintained property, maintenance responds in a timely manner and they do an excellent job. Sometimes we have problems with Amazon and Fedex orders disappearing. What could require special attention from the administration in this regard, placing cameras on the property or creating a safer delivery location.Property Manager Responded

November 10, 2024Overall, its a good experience with less concerning issues. However, I feel like there is room to improve especially when it comes to work orders. For example, I submitted a work order to replace the light hanging above the dining table a couple of months ago, but till this day no response has been made. The light I currently have looks loose (risky) and seems like its going to drop anytime. Another thing, Is the carpet in my apartment, I have lived here for over five years and have seen tenants ...leave and have the carpets replaced to wood floor. I requested for my carpet to be replaced with wood floor but no response as well since then. One last issue is about packages, I have lost two packages since I lived here with no trace. The lease says they don't accept commercial vehicles, but there are many commercial vans taking up residents' parking spaces. August 4, 2024Management is not that good. We have no swimming pool available. Some apartments are flooded and they don’t help ppl and most of them don’t know what to do. Old air conditioners keeping electricity bill too high. Rodents all around. And NO parking lot for everyone.
