New Management Willow Bridge is Terrible
April 30, 2024I lived here for around 3 years, the maintenance and door staff are great, but the new property management is deceitful, rude and attempts to enforce false charges when you move out. I told them I would be vacating my unit months before the end of my lease and they attempt to charge up to 60 additional days of rent. I'm hearing similar practices from others. If you read their reviews on the BBB you will see this is a common practice for Willow Bridge so beware.Review from Apartments.com

Nice building, terrible management
August 25, 2023I lived in this property for 5 years. It was truly exceptional when I moved in. However, in 2021 the management changed, and not for the better. Management is cold, service orders go unanswered, and the prices are honestly astronomical for a building with minimal amenities. Our final straw really was the rude, and often times unprofessional, management staff. It's unfortunate to see the building go so downhill.Property Manager Responded
