Worst 5 months of my life!
March 16, 2017When we moved in we signed a 12 month lease. We only stayed 5 so I wouldn't lose my sanity. The people above us were so loud and uncooperative! We talked to the manager which resulted in a nasty letter posted on our door from the upstairs neighbors. They were "not going to walk on eggshells for us". The toilets were so loud that we heard every flush right over our kitchen. I am sure there is virtually no sound proofing between the floors! Also heard the water from the pipes from the entire floor. ...It was miserable! There is no way I would recommend this place!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Community, a lot to offer
August 6, 2015Chinook has been an amazing home for the last three years, they have a beautiful property and are settled in an award winning community. My family loves the convenience of the parks and Target. I would recommend this place to anyone, it is a little further out of Portland but it is just a couple minutes from the Freeway. Love the staff they have maintained the community over the years.Review from Apartments.com
