March 2, 2017Don't live here. The managers are cutthroat on repair notices. Your first notice they threaten eviction. They give repair notices on issues that were there when you moved in, which they should have told you about but make you pay for later. The workers are often rude. You can only have one pet and the deposit is a month’s rent plus $25 a month more. The mail gets misdelivered. You pay for a pool which is often not open in the summer because they poorly staff it and don't have a full time monitor. ...To top it off the parking for guests is terrible.
