Property is run down
March 21, 20231st of all there is the problem with HOA financial the duration. There is 2 pools they're not kept up well we have a nice Jacuzzi but it hasn't run in 10 years there is there is no real landscaping around property has it Sprayed by pest control in 10 years and there's road investigation in a lot of buildings there's also mold and a lot of the buildings there is airbnb on property which is not allowed there is hardly any grass whatsoever which is horrible the parking is atrocious because people ...tend to park another peoples spots and that's not good . A lot of owners tend not to update units and they're charging way out of range of what they're worth especially if you think you're trying to buy air I totally suggest you check on the happenings of HOA and there are problems because they haven't intended to our property in 10 yearsRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 16, 2015Bed bugs and people digging through trash make this apartment complex a terrible place to stay, which is unfortunate because its a relatively quiet and peaceful area.Review from Apartments.com
