Full of rodent , poor quality homes
May 16, 2021This is the worst condominium and it's infested with rats that will get inside the apartments of you don't fix it yourself. Cimmaron station is infested with bugs inside the homes. Walls are super thin . This is poorly made.Review from Apartments.com

March 18, 2018privacy- Poor, the walls are very thin. I can hear my neighbors walking thru their apartment home, their conversations and even something as common as a sneeze or cough. This units are over priced for Dublin and out dated. There’re no amenities for the neighborhood children so they play in the parking lot and grass where pets are taken out daily. Community is poorly maintained, I would not recommend living hereReview from Apartments.com
