January 11, 2024Place is roach infested. Not worth the cost. Area is over run with homeless population. They actually had tent city right next to property but now there is a fence put up but they are still all over. Lighting at night horrible. Parking spaces for handicap is not good, lines not painted correctly. Unable to use amenities as it is so cold in the building.Property Manager Responded

December 26, 2023Cinnamon tree had a little community with a big heart. I’d say, that the entire staff here needs to be proud of the work they do. I admired their commitment to working with me. It was a meaningful experience as, I just relocated from New Jersey. It’s hard not knowing anyone and starting fresh. I felt welcomed and encouraged the entire time. The property itself is well maintained, it’s very cute.
