January 11, 2024Place is roach infested. Not worth the cost. Area is over run with homeless population. They actually had tent city right next to property but now there is a fence put up but they are still all over. Lighting at night horrible. Parking spaces for handicap is not good, lines not painted correctly. Unable to use amenities as it is so cold in the building.Property Manager Responded
