February 19, 2025I've lived at Circle at Point Park since 2018 to a nice remodeled apartment one bedroom. The service was great for about 6 months, then new management came in and the service began to go down. Since the these apartments have changed management like changing the trash and each time it has gotten worst and worst. I transferred from one apartment to another because my family was expending and that was the best move for the moment. I was shown a nice two bedroom apartment that remodeled, but once ...transferred I was placed in an old apartment consumed with roaches and almost everything was broke and needed replaced. July 11, 2024This apartment complex has been through so many managements , I just wish one management team can stay and make real changes. I’ve been here for 3 years, I also lived here when I was pregnant with my daughter and had so many friends stay here. It’s been little improvements here and there but the maintenance needs to get it together ! So many residents have similar issues with maintenance and we are paying a fee for nothing to be done. Regardless of the issues it’s still a good decent place to ...live and the community is ok but things just could be better/improved.Property Manager Responded
