July 11, 2024This apartment complex has been through so many managements , I just wish one management team can stay and make real changes. I’ve been here for 3 years, I also lived here when I was pregnant with my daughter and had so many friends stay here. It’s been little improvements here and there but the maintenance needs to get it together ! So many residents have similar issues with maintenance and we are paying a fee for nothing to be done. Regardless of the issues it’s still a good decent place to ...live and the community is ok but things just could be better/improved.Property Manager Responded

June 19, 2024My experiences here at Circle at Park Point have not been great, and the management team were very unprofessional and rude. My maintenance requests would be submitted and I would get a notification of completion without anyone ever coming by.
