December 7, 2024Some of the agents in the leasing office are very rude and say childish remarks to residents to get a rise out of them. There are two in particular that anytime i call, they give me attitude or hang up. November 24, 2024The apartment community is cool. Don’t really be home much but when I am I speak to all my neighbors. July 31, 2024i love the apartment itself and Torey has been beyond great but we have had multiple packages stolen (and the package room needs some serious TLC as people dont pick up their packages, we get no notification that anything has been delivered and most carriers dont provide us with a code to get in so we have to go to the front desk every time to get a code to get in), the gym has still not opened (one of the amenities that sold us on the place), and the hallways consistatnly smell of garbage ...becuase the trash room is not emptied enough. Overall, I do like the place because the apartment is very nice, the AC is great, there is an ample amount of space and parking but the other things are the reason i didnt give it more than 3 stars.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
