Not a bad place to live
April 10, 2024As a military wife I’ve lived in multiple places. The recent reviews states how this place is awful to live. Honestly, it’s not. Yes there are people roaming the streets, but since security has been increased they’re not in the apartment. My only complaint is that the events for the residents aren’t always shared within enough time. I’ve never had issues with getting through to people in the office. Additionally, it’s an apartment you’re more than likely going to hear your neighbors. Again for ...me, I don’t have an issues unless it’s music in the courtyard.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Horrible property Management

August 3, 2022Homeless roam freely in the building, security does not respond in an appropriate time, management does not take noise complaints seriously, water leaks through the windows when it rains, amenities (like coffee) are always empty, homeless live in the garage area. May 16, 2022Looks great on the surface prior to moving in, but as a resident, our experience was full of leasing agents and office staff that were neither knowledgeable nor useful when it came to issues. Questions regarding practices or issues led to problems and charges on move out with no proof. Management was silent or non existent when referred to or contacted regarding issues.
