November 7, 2024I moved into City Place after a virtual tour with the leasing agent, and I have been really happy with my unit and the community. I was a little nervous as I had downsized from a larger home before moving here, but the unit is quite spacious and has a very smart layout. The complex is also really well constructed and feels like a condo community instead of an apartment community. It has been a great place to get to know Pasadena and the surrounding areas. My building has had recurring problems ...with the elevator, which can be a bummer when you live on a high floor, and the package delivery system in the lockers is not consistent which has resulted in packages lost or stolen, but that is the fault of the delivery people and not the building management.
