November 7, 2024I moved into City Place after a virtual tour with the leasing agent, and I have been really happy with my unit and the community. I was a little nervous as I had downsized from a larger home before moving here, but the unit is quite spacious and has a very smart layout. The complex is also really well constructed and feels like a condo community instead of an apartment community. It has been a great place to get to know Pasadena and the surrounding areas. My building has had recurring problems ...with the elevator, which can be a bummer when you live on a high floor, and the package delivery system in the lockers is not consistent which has resulted in packages lost or stolen, but that is the fault of the delivery people and not the building management. I have been here three weeks and enjoyed the pool, hot tub, lounge area, nice work out room and well-kept grounds. Moving in was seamless and easy. Management helped me with all the problems that I had, and their help took a minimum amount of time. I have great respect for all the employees and management of this community. September 14, 2023I started my stay at City Place over a year ago. The beginning was a bit bumpy but over the coarse of that year I have come to love my community despite some of its quarks. Ginger has been amazing to work with. She ensures that you receive accurate information and is timely in addressing any issues. I recently moved to another building and I have to say it has been 100% better. The move in process was easy and Ginger went above and beyond to help me. With the exception of the lack of storage in ...the unit and the carpeted floors the apartment is perfect.Property Manager Responded
