August 8, 2024We haven’t been here a full week yet, but so far so good! Marisol and Julia in the office have been beyond helpful and we had two maintenance issues that needed to be addressed and were very quickly. Carlos and the other maintenance worker (I missed his name) were very friendly and efficient. We absolutely love the location and being able to walk to the grocery store, the Plaza, 39th Street, and of course Westport. We have been eating almost every meal on our patio, we have given our dogs baths, ...dipped in the pool, and next week when we are settled in (we are still unpacking), we intend to hit the gym. The extra storage has been so nice (and necessary), and we love having a garage (maybe someday we will be unpacked and can park in it LOL). July 17, 2024Staff is always top notch. The pool is fun and large enough to have your own space most of the time. Apartments have decently thick walls and typically aren't too noisy and most neighbors are friendly. I've been here for almost 6 years, and we really enjoy living here. Neighborhood has gone downhill over recent years with car break ins, thefts, and shootings in westport, but it does seem like the property is trying to make it safer with new security. Dog waste sometimes can be an issue, ...especially when the maintenance forgets to refill the waste bag stations. July 9, 2024My time at City Place has been exceptional. From day 1 the office has been attentive. I am moving out later this month but this community is 5 star always. Every maintenance issue I had was handled quick. They have always been super responsive. The location is amazing and the price is just not that bad. It can be a bit pricey pending on what all you get like garage etc. But it’s well worth it.Review from Apartments.com
