January 10, 2024If you plan to move here, please look through the apartment thoroughly. I was super disappointed to find ticks in my apartment. And these were fully grown so they've been there for a bit before I moved in. Management missed it and were not quick on the response when I alerted them after moving in. Ticks carry many diseases that can be passed to humans and animals and it is scary to know that I have to wait an entire week to get someone just to inspect my apartment for them when I've found over a ...dozen throughout my "newly cleaned" apartment. Along with actual leaves in the washer and dog hair in/on almost every surface. It has been a depressing move in since I've had to push everything to the middle of the rooms and will need to run my entire wardrobe through the dryer and then bag them while I wait for the ticks to die. There are plenty of slits between floor and baseboard where they can slip out of so then I'm sure I'll live in fear of them coming back. I'm not even able to fully move in and it's been a few weeks. Hopefully these ticks won't spread through this dog friendly complex.Property Manager Responded
