    Everything is going okay now. The only problem that I'm having now is the heating thermostats in the unit . They're not working properly. They are too close to the heating vents and they are not giving a true reading of the temperature in the unit. My unit also goes from hot to cool in the process of warming up the unit. A plus that Cityfront has implemented is bring Xfinity into the building. Thank God.

    Everything is good now! I love cityfront. The staff are great! Pretty quiet neighbors and respectful people. I enjoy living here as my first experience in Chicago. I feel home!

    It’s been ok here. Have had a few issues within the first couple weeks of us being here. There’s a lot I wish I would have looked into more before moving in, but some things you don’t realize until you’re living in the building. I am really happy with the location and I am hopeful that it will just be a wonderful year here!! At least the neighbors seem to be very nice for the most part!

    The apartments are very well done. Amenities on point with gym, pool and a 360 terrace. The leasing agency is amazing and very helpful! I could not ask for more.

    I just moved into Cityfront Place. I called maintenance to help me with my AC and within minutes they were there to help. I was astonished by the quick service!

    It’s been great so far! The security people are super nice. The apartment is very nice. There are a lot of cool restaurants and other things nearby. I love the view from my apartment.

    The highlights of City front are the location, responsive maintenance team, the social events (please have more), and the amenities. The only recommendation I have is to have more inclusivity at social events e.g. vegetarian options, gluten free, etc.

    Great apartment and community. The room looks great and has a beautiful lake view. Located in downtown Chicago and has almost everything you need within one mile. Staff and neighbors are so friendly!

  • BEWARE: COCKROACHES!

    This place is infested with cockroaches! After moving into my apartment I was horrified to find multiple roaches in my apartment daily. After the building acknowledged this wasn’t normal they allowed me to move units to an apartment 2 floors up where I continued to come home to roaches. Strongly advise against leasing here.
