December 26, 2024Maintenance team is great! We had a bad cockroach issue this year but it was resolved in a couple of months. Management team is hit/miss. This place gets the job done, it’s a little outdated given their prices but reasonable given the location.Property Manager Responded

December 20, 2024Everything is going okay now. The only problem that I'm having now is the heating thermostats in the unit . They're not working properly. They are too close to the heating vents and they are not giving a true reading of the temperature in the unit. My unit also goes from hot to cool in the process of warming up the unit. A plus that Cityfront has implemented is bring Xfinity into the building. Thank God.Property Manager Responded

December 6, 2024It’s been ok here. Have had a few issues within the first couple weeks of us being here. There’s a lot I wish I would have looked into more before moving in, but some things you don’t realize until you’re living in the building. I am really happy with the location and I am hopeful that it will just be a wonderful year here!! At least the neighbors seem to be very nice for the most part!Property Manager Responded
