It doesn't get much better in West LA
July 27, 2015Perfect apartment. Cute, comfortable and in the best possible West LA location. I am completely spoiled by living 2 steps away from a grocery store. Management is friendly and attentive. I think I'll grow old here.Review from Apartments.com

August 25, 2015Great & quiet building. Well attended to by on-site manager. Apartment itself is spacious, full of storage and comes with a detached single-car garage. Laundry on-site. Very close to the I-10 and not far from the 405 either. And the basics (grocery, dry cleaner, pharmacy, etc) are all within a few minutes walk. And downtown Culver City is just a bit farther at a 20 min walk.Review from Apartments.com
Nice Apartment, Some Issues
August 7, 2015I have lived in the building for around a year. Lots of turnover in neighbors, and some issues with the building. Some noise issues from rude neighbors, and a garbage chute that is always blocked. There is an on-site gym, but most of the machines are old and broken. The apartments themselves are nice and big. Rent prices in the area keep increasing, and keep pushing people out.Review from Apartments.com
