June 10, 2024I’ve been here several months now, and I literally wake up every day feeling gratitude for my new home here at the Broadstone Claro. Aesthetics are very important to me, and I love walking into the lobby and seeing how clean, sophisticated and stylish it is. I see the cleaning crew mopping the floors and cleaning the lobby area every morning on my way out to walk my dog. The gym is well equipped with towels to use while you work out. Little touches suck as doggie treats, the fully automatic ...espresso machine, and all of the amazing little sitting areas in the lobby help ti make us feel cared for and appreciated as tenants. I love it here and would highly recommend it to others who want an upscale and welcoming place to call home.Property Manager Responded

Since starting my search for an apartment my two greatest concerns were finding a home in a safe location and a friendly management team (I’ve heard, and read of so many horror stories of a poorly ran management team ) Every review I’ve read had only negative comments until I stumbled upon Broadstone Claro. From the beginning, their communication was/ has been professional, friendly, and kind. Nasim, Rebecca, and Mekyle are exceptional human beings!! They have been so ...kind, patient and helpful during my entire move in process. This is a beautiful building in a great location, however the determining factor that help my decision to live here is because of the leasing team here. I genuinely look forward to seeing them!! Kevin, one of the maintenance guy here is great! As soon as I expressed a concern, the entire team is on top of it, and they have gone out of their way to ensure they do everything they can to be of help!
