Do not live here
May 12, 2024The management/ownership is non-existent. I am sitting here in my unit with bugs, no running water, and no way to contact the management. I'm so sick and tired of the careless individuals who run this place. I'm convinced that nobody actually works here because I can never get anyone on the phone.Review from Apartments.com

Rats rats and more rats
June 3, 2018Wouldn’t live here..... I moved in for about 4 months and found out my 3rd floor apartment had rats ....because I was spooked out I decided to move across the street in 1815 on the first floor 4 months into that I found out my apartment was infested with rats even living in my couch.... we lifted up vents to ceil holes and found dead mice underneath it..... 30 days later I left.... 1 year later I get a letter stating I owe there complex 3500.... 3 other people who stayed there also told me They ...have the same letter because they left because of rats .... these buildings should be shut down and there pool smells like pee entire summer ....Wouldn’t do itProperty Manager Responded
June 6, 2018I'm sorry that you were unhappy with some things here at Clearpointe. We had one report of mice that was solved by us contracting an exterminator and having our maintenance team inspect and fill any holes found in the home. Again, I apologize that this happened but we are surrounded by trees and foliage and any community in an area like this runs the risk of occasionally getting unwanted guests. . We always make sure to address concerns like these ASAP. If you would like to stop by the office to discuss, please come by or give us a call. Thank you.

Very Nice apartment
September 25, 2016The new Manager Shronda has been working to fix the apartments here. I had issues with mine and they have done a good job on getting things back in order. I'm glad that's someone is actually caring about the apartments to keep them up to standards.Review from Apartments.com
