They are roach infested apartments. The swimming pool has not been opened in years. Crack heads sleep, pee and poop in the laundry rooms. The washers are always broken. This place is disgusting and I would never live here. The mail boxes are all broken and people steal your packages.

(Current resident) ROACHES and MOLD. THIS PLACE IS INFESTED. Also I've been waiting 2 YEARS for them to replace the door to my mailbox. I haven't received mail in 2 years. They don't care. Also this ad is not updated. WATER IS NO LONGER INCLUDED IN RENT. They lose your packages. EVERY BUILDING has a MAJOR plumbing issue. ALL BASEMENT and 1st FLOOR UNITS FLOOD! The laundry rooms ARE FILTHY and every single one smells like your dirty clothes are better off dirty. They raised the rent $150 ...
after covid and evicted almost everyone. Gentrification at its very best. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Your worth more than this. I'm stuck here for now, you don't have to be.

Current res) OK for starters there is a lot of homeless people in this area they sneak in and sleep in the hallways so leaving out of your unit you need to be cateful not to trip over homeless people .and in the basement in my building the laundry room is down a dark hallway And you need a flash light to see once inside basement door walking to laundry room. The front door to my building is locked but the young lady upstairs decided to kick the glass in because she couldn't get inside due to her ...
boyfriend putting her out I know because they were very loud in the hallway . the walls are very thin I hear everything above me . its so much more just save your money only rent here if you have to the pool is never working or "up and ready for use" The units are small

  • I haven’t even been here for a week …

    March 23, 2022
I haven’t even been here for a week and the ceiling is already leaking. They told me they renovated all the apartments but in reality they just painted over everything carelessly. The tile on the floor is already lifting there is no kind of gloss on the floor so it’s easy to scratch up. I honestly feel like I’ve been tricked . I do not want to live here anymore and I’ve only been here for five days. The pipes are so clogged up that the water drains super slow . Please make this apartments your ...

  • A straight Fascade

    December 26, 2021
Since I lived here, May 2020, we have had not 1 not 2 but 5 different landlords. The office staff is always changing so you speak some one one week and then wonder why you never get a response and realize of there’s an entire new staff to run everything by AGAIN that month! The roaches are HORRIBLE! The faux hardwood they have in the apartment is bubbling up and tub is leaking. No assistance after calling many of times! Anytime it heavy rains I have to stay at a friends because best believe my ...
apartment will be flooded and they don’t care just “ oh well call your renters insurance for any damaged items “. Honestly the lost can on and on… just be careful moving in here.

  • If I could give it 0 stars, I would.

    December 13, 2021
Not worth living here. It's under new management nothing new has changed except they are raising the rent while my building door is still broken, still have roaches and the neighbors are loud and it's always law enforcement in this area. The roaches are out of control. It's soo embarrassing. Don't live here. You will regret it.

  • Decent place

    June 23, 2021
Clifton Colony was my first apartment on my own and I was there for a full year from 2020-2021. Left on good terms - I paid my rent on time and I put my notice in advance. Management was highly helpful. Some of the issues that I experienced were the parking - well neighbor's habits on parking, especially if they had guests over, then it would be difficult to find a place to park near your building. Since the apartment complex in it the city, crime is bound to happen. Not a victim here, however I ...
would get notifications on my phone for events in complex itself. A little too close to home, but living here was my first time in the city, compared to suburbs. My apartment itself was great. No bugs. I did have a major water leak that was essentially a waterfall in my bathroom, but I notified management on the issue and took pictures/videos on how severe it was. It was handled that very day. My neighbors weren't the best either as they would fight very loud and/or have very loud music - the music issue (and those neighbors) were handled eventually though. Not saying all the residents there were annoying, just the people below me (I was 2nd floor). The parking & that 1 neighbor were honestly the biggest headaches for me and the traffic going south/north (I work in KY). If you're looking at trying Clifton Colony, I'd give it a shot. The management were cool and if you work on the OH side, traffic shouldn't be as bad. Just keep your nose clean, take care of your apartment, and keep on top of your rent - and you should be good.

  • might what to look elsewhere

    March 31, 2021
I’ve live here for almost 3 year, maintenance is slow, since the pandemic started they have not maintained the apartments like they used to roaches got really bad. Rent has gone up with little renovations. Some positives though are nice size living space me and my two pets love it here when there aren’t any roaches. Conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and shops. Minutes from downtown and UC campus.

    1. Regular car thefts (my car broken into 3x in one month). 2. Mice. Not just a few. This place is crawling with mice. It's been a few months and they haven't fixed the issue. 3. Roaches. Honestly the least of my concerns right now. 4. Recurring leaks/plumbing issues. I can deal with this. 5. Awful management/don't care. They will hang up on you if you complain that they haven't fixed an issue. 6. Awful maintenance. They do half the job, hit on you/ask for your number and leave. 7. Cameras on ...
property are fake. I could go on and on.

  • Roaches doesn’t fix anything

    January 2, 2019
There was roaches in my building and they knew about it and never told me when I asked they said no. Ikea and Sarah are insanely rude . We had a neighbor wipe blood on our door and we complained about him multiple times for banging on our door at all hours of the night and nothing was done ! Moved out as soon as I got the money saved up. Do not move here

  • Great place

    August 12, 2018
My daughter recently live there for a year and it was a very nice place spacious and a good price. Sometimes it was hard to find a parking space at night. The staff was very friendly. The only reason she moved is her and her fiance bought a house. I would recommend if you're looking for a place it's good price in a nice area.
