Horrible building
February 1, 2018At a glimpse, the apartments are great but once you are a tenant you may regret your decision. Throughout the winter there will be weeks without hot water. I’ve had to boil water an pour it into the bath just to bathe. The elevators doesn’t always work and management does not approach any of these issues with a sense of urgency. Just moved in August 31 st 2017
September 26, 2017I was a little hesitate to move to the Bronx, but I have to say I love it here. The apt itself is huge with a nice kitchen/bathroom/bedroom/living room and the terrace. I have the only view overseeing the Bronx Zoo and lushes green trees everywhere. The tenants in the building are so kind. A bit too kind if you ask me:) The rent is really affordable, three times what you would pay living in the city. Shops are literally around the corner and the transit is a hop skip away from the building(two ...blocks away). I was amazed to find out it was really quite at night. I love my sleep when I have to go to bed and don't want to hear the yahoo's at night. I can go on and on, but I'm really happy here and I just wished I found this apt sooner rather than later. August 9, 2015I love where I live,they have sucurity and a laundromat on the permisses and the area is not bad at all. Theres a school across the street and public transportation is close and don't get me started on the shopping mall it dont get no better than this.Review from Apartments.com
