  • Best of East Boston waterfront

    Clippership is hands down the best apartment building on the East Boston waterfront. The leasing team (Emma, Kelly & Brandon) are always on their game for fun events and activities for Clippership residents. We have been living here for over a year now and recently renewed our lease because we love it so much! Such a great community and team.     The complex is right on Boston Harbor which is in and of itself gorgeous but the staff is really what makes living here worth it! The whole front desk staff - but rapes Houssam and Joseph - are wonderful folks and really make it feel like home! They all know their residents and are more like fantastic neighbors than staff in that they really seem to care about the well being of the folks living here and genuinely make my day better coming home from work knowing that they will be the first folks I ...

    I'm a homebody so where I live really matters to me. I'll pay for a place that makes me feel safe, comfortable and welcome and I found it here. Maria, Nat and Mario at the front desk are probably the best concierge staff I've ever met in any building. The facilities are clearly well maintained. There are great amenities.     I spent 3 years at the Clippership Wharf apartments and it was great. The building has good quality apartments and the amenities are really cool. There is a concierge always available to assist. Never lost a package and every time I asked for a facilities request it was done the very next day. Its always clean and I never had an issue of hearing people in other apartments. I highly recommend.
