Rainy apartment with rude management, No maintenance
August 2, 2023I wont recommend these apartments to anyone. We have stayed three years here. We always face water leaking issues in bedroom, bathrooms, dressing room etc. Not only in the apartment, you will see water leaking on stairs, garage and storage locker etc. Our neighbors also moved out from the apartment due to water leak issues. Window doors are not at all good. Lot of bugs used to come inside the home through the windows, patio doors. We never used patio in three years due to bugs. Our laptop and ...dresses got damaged due to dirty water leakage from the roofs. Maintenance was very poor. We have given complaint to apply paint on the roofs wherever water leak happened. They never did that. All walls turns to black in the winter due to condensation inside the walls. Water is leaking from the sink to cabinets. When we gave complaint, maintenance guy told us we don't have enough gum to fix the water leaking issue. You can purchase the gum in Walmart and you can fix your self. Finally, management charged to us $2900 for roof painting for water leaks and condensation issues, water leaks to the cabinets from the sink. They care
July 23, 2015The people running our complex really care about their residents. They throw annual parties/get-tog tethers and take care of problems in a timely fashion. They are always friendly and willing to help the residents with simple tasks. They really care!Review from Apartments.com
