    Great to have a newly constructed apartment like what Cobblestone Place offers. The rooms are very spacious, and the appliances/cabinets/lighting are all top of the line. The owners, office, and maintenance are all very nice and easy to work with as well. The location is in a newer part of town and close to a lot of shopping. The interstate is nearby, which can be used to get downtown pretty easily. I enjoyed my stay, thank you!

    These apartments were a great place to live! The buildings are all new and currently many more are being built, including a pool to be presumably opened spring of 2018. The apartments are very spacious and well laid out. Being newly constructed I had virtually no problems. The only complaint I have is the smoke alarm's sensitivity. It went off about once a month. However, while I was there they replaced all the alarms and it did not go off since (about three months). As for any problems, a ...
    simple email to Joyner and the problem was quickly rectified. Also, some buildings are pet friendly allowing separation for those with animals, and a place for people who have issues when being around them. Due to the slightly extensive application process and price range of apartments I found problems with bad neighbors were, at most, very rare and quickly taken care of by the front office. I would recommend these apartments to anybody who is looking for a nice place to live, not just a cheap place to stay. I myself would have stayed longer had I not bought a house.
