January 10, 2025I don't really have any issues with the community except for the poop on the sidewalks & the loud kids sometimes playing in the hallway or breezeway but other than that it's very peaceful and the location is beautiful. Coconut Creek is my city.Property Manager Responded

January 4, 2025I got the keys to my apartment on December 31 and have started my move. Today, on my very first day, I had a great surprise: the apartment was super clean and everything was very well taken care of.
