Used to Love them
February 14, 2018The Apartments are beautiful inside. The infrastructure is excellent however, parking is ridiculous. Every day and night, you have to fight for a spot and it doesn't guarantee the safety of your vehicle. The location is perfect for people that enjoy the blackstone bar scene or want a good location for public transportation and it's at a walking distance to UNMC. The parking battle is what completely drove me away from this location.Review from Apartments.com
Historical Apartment good for location not amenities
August 18, 2015I love my apartment, it has so much character and the location is exciting and really makes me feel like I live in a city. The hardwood floors and little touches are what drew me to it. However there is no parking anywhere especially since the neighborhood has become more popular, the uniqueness of the place makes it so something is always breaking down and there is a dog that lives below us that barks constantly. I would recommend it for students and young couples but not for families.Review from Apartments.com
