January 23, 2025I just wanted to take a moment to say how incredible the staff at Coldwater is! From the very first interaction, they've been so welcoming, friendly, and professional, making the whole process of moving feel much easier and more enjoyable. It's clear that they really care about the community and the residents, which is something I truly appreciate. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The attention to detail, the well-maintained grounds, and the overall atmosphere make it feel like a ...place that’s truly special. Every corner of the property has been thoughtfully designed, creating a serene and inviting environment. I’m genuinely excited to be moving to Coldwater soon. July 22, 2024Place is cool. Not to get too far into the weeds as it's challenging to run a big community and they seem to be above average. That's not to say that there aren't changes/updates needed. My biggest issue is the lack of value. This lack of value is in part about the building but more so about the city as it is grossly overpriced. I would recommend this place to others if they can find a unit at or below market value - e.g. concessions and guarantees. Overall, not a bad place to reside but the ...likelihood of me renewing my lease is slim to none unless I can get the rent lower to a number more reflective of the experience.
