Poorly run
December 9, 2019I would leave zero stars if there was an option. The management company in charge of this property is poorly run. I lived at College park for multiple years and they tried charging me for normal wear and tear including painting. After I disputed their charges they admitting to making an “error “ on previous bill. Then added more items. They clearly take advantage of people and some people don’t realize they can dispute it for non legitimate charges. This apartment complex is run down and has ...dangerous walking paths and stairs. Very unsafe especially for handicapped individuals. Stay clear of this complex as well as any properties run by Key management.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
