Outstanding Service, Great Price!
February 8, 2021I currently live in College Park apartments and have been very impressed with the services, additional offerings, and other fun activities to connect people in different apartments. They are very reasonably priced, quality, functional, and super friendly service. Shannon, the property manager is friendly, responsive, and understanding. Strongly recommend that you look into these apartments!Review from Apartments.com
Renewed Twice
October 30, 2020I've live here for over two years in a Studio. Maintenance is usually quick and good for small fixes (if you put a request in the morning, it'll often get fixed within a few hours), but larger jobs may go a long time without any solution. See: the broken communal washing machines that's been broken for about a month now. Empty promises lasting 1+ years for signage in the apartment's *paid* parking lot to discourage customers for the local businesses from parking there. And, apparently from what ...another reviewer has said, leaky roofs on the top floor..? It should be noted that we once had a mouse problem that was immediately taken care of once FloCo took ownership. Despite these setbacks, I enjoy having newer appliances (despite almost nonexistent counterspace for my unit). Management & the maintenance crew seem to be a nice bunch of people. The unit isn't as cheap as it once was, but it is still one of the cheapest studios around with good living conditions. It is especially convenient being a 10 minute walk from Dinkytown and a 15-20 minute walk to the UMN campus. Being across the street from Van Cleve Park is also a plus! I've dog sat a few times and being so close to the park was convenient for that. Lots of residents here have cats and dogs too! If you're okay with some prolonged issues, and with living in a somewhat older building, I think this building is worth a tour. Especially so if you're going to the University since there are a lot of students around here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
EVERY ROOM LEAKS WATER DURING RAIN STORMS
October 12, 2020Sure you pay less than other apartments. Know why? Because the roof leaks. I have a dozen buckets in my apartment given to me by maintenance who have said SINCE LAST YEAR that they would fix the roof. But every time it rains they say “sorry, we’re working on it, for now here’s a bucket to catch the water, we hope to fix this soon” Newsflash: they’re never going to fix it. Long term residents have now told me that leaky roofs is just a “feature” of this place.Review from Apartments.com
