Comfy place to kick back
August 10, 2017Good overall experience, during 4 years of tenancy -- property manager is very accessible and eager to help, quick turnaround on maintenance issues (rarely are any), and very communicative. High turnover rates, because of local college student residency, but no issues with obnoxious neighbors. Units are fairly well laid out and are not expensive to heat or cool. Reasonable lease rate and close proximity to most necessities. Parking is not the best, the lot not being laid out very well, but ...isn't a big issue. Good Modern Apartments
August 10, 2017Lived here for 5 years. Typical apartment life with some noisy neighbors. Apartments do include modern appliances minus washer & dryer (laundry mat on site). Property well taken of and clean. Any minor issues were taking care of swiftly by the manager.Review from Apartments.com
Love this place!
August 10, 2017I've lived here for almost 4 years now and it is awesome. The landlord does a great job keeping good people here and I always feel safe. The location is perfect and it only takes about 5-15 minutes to get to anything. Also, you cannot beat the price! I will probably be here another 4 yearsReview from Apartments.com
