A great place to live

Wonderful apartments
January 11, 2023Lived here for 2 years. Wonderful and beautiful apartments. Had everything one would need and were nice and updated. Having the buildings broken down into units of four was amazing -provided more privacy but still had that sense of living in a community with the other buildings nearby. Never had any issues with management and maintenance was always quick to fix any issues. Convenient location to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores but tucked away in a neighborhood setting so you didn't get ...that busy city feeling. I would live at Colonial Court again in a heartbeat!Property Manager Responded

A happy place to come home to
November 10, 2021So quite! Solid 40's concrete construction with spancrete floors and new double glazed windows. 8 minute walk to the Estabrook Beer Garden and dog park in one direction, 8 minutes to downtown Shorewood in the other. Local owner truly cares about this property. He is dedicated to making continuous improvements while keeping an amazing team on site for an incredibly high standard of routine maintenance.
