August 16, 2022Bed bugs, horrible neighbors, awful management. Tried charging me for a whole month after I moved out. It may be a cheap quick find to move in to but seriously it isn’t worth it. Bed bugs were the worst.. had their own company supposedly “spray” my apartment FOUR TIMES and they never went away. Never bothered to spray whole building when clearly they were coming from someone else. Not to mention coming home to cops in the parking lot/ banging on neighbors doors multiple times. Wrong choice
July 8, 2022I wouldn’t recommend living here because the few cons out-way the pros. This place will only responds quick when it comes to rent. Good luck trying to get ahold of maintenance. I’ve waited a LONG 3 MONTHS for someone to actually come service what needed to be fixed & not to mention I’m STILL waiting. Living here isn’t the bad part, it’s how poorly they accommodate their tenants. Instead of worrying about a new parking lot, shampooing carpets or parking violations.
