    Pros: Apartments are nice, have been upgraded. neighbors are quiet. next to grocery store, highway, etc. Property is kept clean. maintenance people are amazing. Cons: Laundry room needs some cleaning up, it looks pretty dingy down there and could use a few more washers. The office staff could use some help with interpersonal skills, they dont seem to want to help. ive seen them hide in the laundry room to avoid interactions with people coming for tours. the water fees here are insane. they use ...
    conservice so you arent billed for what utilities you use, but instead there is one water meter and they split the costs between everyone here. so expect an additional $200+ besides the rent for the water, trash and sewer oh and they charge you extra for the hot water. never seen that before. when Leah was still the assistant manager here things were better. she was amazing, proactive and genuinely cared. the vibe has definitely changed since they moved her to another property.

    This place is horrible! You will be charged for everything paint, carpet and any other maintenance. Do not expect any money back at end of lease! They do jot have to show you amy proof they will just charge you! Also you will be surprised with waking up to water/onsite maintenance.

  • Misleading/terrible management

    1st off the rent here is outrageous, they have hidden utility charges for using their water heater and other utilities about 200-300 on top of your rent. Still have to pay SDGE for the electricity, laundry machines are outdated and always have pet hair in side from other tenants. Pool and jacuzzi are always dirty. Water is constantly being shutoff for maintenance. Have found mouse droppings in the cabinets, wife has seen a mouse in the kitchen late at night. Property has been changing management ...
    companies left and right, not stable at all. Nice neighborhood, used to rent a house down the street. Do not recommend renting from this property.

    There is no communication here. You also pay for all utilities including some that you cannot opt out of like valet trash. It is consistently being bought out by different companies. As for the actual apartment, they are very nice and you are in a great neighborhood, but the communication and price is ridiculous just note to add an extra 250-300 on to what you see for rent due to the bills.

    Have been here for almost 2 years. I love my apartment. It is very large and my dogs enjoy the 2 balcony's that we have. The office staff are always there to answer questions and concerns and the maintenance staff are wonderful and always around to help. Love the place
