August 1, 2024My family and I have lived at the Colonnade at Willow Bend for the past 3 years and we love it. The proximity to which grocery stores, schools, restaurants, entertainment are is amazing! Gaby at the leasing office is amazing and always super helpful! The maintenance staff is also good and quick to respond. This truly is a great place to live.Property Manager Responded

July 6, 2024Everyone has been great but I was recently broken into, no cameras on property or around property, no additional check in other than fixing my door or seeing how they can best help my experience in the future. My neighbors now all have ring cameras including myself. Power was out for over a week with one storm also. There also isn’t any package service. When I first moved in I received an email when my package went to the front office but haven’t since. Packages have sit for weeks without me ...realizing. June 22, 2024Just moved in on 7/19/24. My experience has been great overall and GABY IS AMAZING! She is very friendly and knowledgeable and didn't mind answering my multitude of questions. The leasing process was a bit extensive from experience,however, it was well worth it! I hope to enjoy my time throughout the remainder of my time here. I normally don't give 5 stars but the staff, location, and property are great!! Also, I love that they considered dog owners and added a mini DOG PARK!Review from Apartments.com

June 14, 2024Been here for almost 2 years now and haven't had a single issue or problem other than minor tiny maintenance things. Very quiet neighbors and very friendly which is not so easy these days. Gonna be sad to leave soon to get into a house but if I ever need to get another apartment then this is the only place I would consider.Review from Apartments.com
