Our 2 & 3 bedroom townhomes feature a dishwasher, fully enclosed patio, washer/dryer in most, central air, and two levels of living. We are located near bus lines that go throughout Champaign-Urbana, including the University of Illinois. We are small pet friendly (50 lbs or less and at least one year old)and charge a one-time pet fee of $400.
