  • Terrible maintenance, too expensive

    January 16, 2022
    Maintenance never knows how to fix anything. Multiple neighbors have reported squirrels in there ceiling and landlord never fixed the problem. The neighborhood has many empty apartments because people refuse to live in a unsafe, and over priced area.

    I moved to these apartments after living a 2 years in hotels (with 2 kids) in the area through their second chance program because i lost everything. When i entered the rental office, the resident manager was so understanding of my situation a didnt hesitate to complete my paper work. The apartments itself are very cosey and spacious. The neighborhood surrounding these apartments has a kind of not so good reputation but suprizingly it seems that im in a whole different neighborhood... Washer and ...
    dryers in the units are really a plus in my case,so im even more pleased... And their also pet friendly so my kids could keep their dog. Its alot i can express, too much to type...But yeah im a very happy costumer... I jus hope im actually doing a ok review right now,because my words cant really express the blessing Colony Square Apartments has given me and my kids... Thanks for reading... Tameka Walker

    I love my one bedroom apartment. I call it my home. My place of peace. I love the kitchen because of the large counter space. Perfect for me because I love to cook. I also love my bathroom because of counter space & mini closet. Us Women use a lot of products and need the space. The living room is perfect with the balcony. I absolutely love my home and want to stick around.
