January 13, 2024The management at this property have their act together. Everything from signing the lease agreement, to moving in was seamless. They are also extremely attentive to their residents' needs. The property itself as well as the common areas are always impeccable. Do not move here
February 15, 2018I’ve been living her for a year and can’t wait to move. I’ve gotten stuck in their cheap elevators for over 30 min with my children. They towed our car more than 4 times because there is no parking anywhere before 7pm at night. I went To the office to mention it and he girls are rude and said we can’t do anything about the parking. This is because they get a cut from the tow truck company. The maintenance people come into your home with no notice and they have done it while I was sleeping, very ...scary. Not a safe neighborhood.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 20, 20152 bedroom apartment shared by a family of five. AC broke down constantly but finally got fixed. Had cockroaches for a while, but they suddenly stopped appearing so I'm happy about that. Otherwise, it's very close to multiple locations (Publix, laundromat, etc) and close to the Palmetto and South Dixie Highway. Would not recommend to a friend, not unless many changes are made.Review from Apartments.com
