June 24, 2022Coming from out of state I was a bit nervous about renting anything before seeing but Morgan (property manager) did a walk through with her phone and that helped a lot. In the short time I have been here, I have seen great improvements made by Eric the maintenance man. These two are quite a team and are working hard to get these apartments more like a home atmosphere. All of my neighbors have been friendly and helpful. No this doesn't have the pools and rec areas like some other places. It also ...doesn't have the rent it takes to have those. The splash park is just down the road. They have 3 enclosed dog areas so that they can have some freedoms. Morgan has poop bags if you don't have any. Very important to not leave the poop... Not just for the smell but also for the health of your pet. All of my issues have been fixed within a day. All in all I have zero complaints and would recommend renting here as long...
